"Great value stay during off season. Amazing views, clean rooms. The toiletries smelled good, sheets were clean. Great balcony area. Free bfast, great amenities inside room. Didnt get to use the wellness and sauna d/t lack of time. Great service from the staff. There was a very helpful female staff at the resto during bfast on 10/20. I didnt get to get her name but she is young, petite and had a bit of an accent. Ty so much.

"Enjoyed this property, even with a 0.75 mile walk to get there from where the bus dropped us off, not a problem and it was near enough to restaurants, plus they serve dinner. Staff were very friendly, and they gave us Sud Triol bus passes that got us free rides in the area for 7 days, very nice!"

"The two biggest surprises were Viktor, their 3 day a week hiking guide, and how knowledgeable and helpful the staff were in planning our hikes and how to get there. Also, the complimentary bus pass to the awesome local bus service that can get you to and from hikes. Otherwise, it’s just a lovely hotel. "

"We loved staying at the Villa Insam. It's a lovely family run place, very homely and welcoming located on the edge of a wildflower meadow. The room was spotless clean, comfortable beds and wonderful mountain views from the balcony. The breakfasts were yummy with home made products and set us for the day. Thank you :)"
