"Stayed one night on road trip. Staff were friendly and helpful. Some areas of the pub and car park were a bit 'tired' but the room was clean and comfortable. Appreciated the view of a windmill from the room. Ample and easy parking on-site."

There is no car park but this is not a problem. Ample on street parking from just outside the door."

Early check-in/late checkout charges are common place. But fees for towels, bedding and the use of the hot tub in the garden less so.
If you want the basics then use this place as it is good value and you don’t mind taking your own stuff with you. If you want the ‘extras’ it’d likely be cheaper to book elsewhere. "
