ORIDA Maidstone Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Orida and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the friendly and attentive staff made me feel welcome and valued. Their professionalism and willingness to assist with any request truly stood out, enhancing my overall experience.
The hotel boasts a fantastic swimming pool, perfect for relaxation after a long day of exploring. It was well-maintained and provided a serene atmosphere, making it a highlight of my stay. Additionally, the gym was equipped with modern equipment, allowing me to maintain my fitness routine while away from home.
One of the significant advantages of this hotel is its convenient location. Situated in [mention location specifics, it offered easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping, making it an ideal base for my travels.
Parking was also hassle-free, with ample space available, which is a rarity in many hotels today. This feature made my stay even more comfortable, as I didn’t have to worry about finding a spot after a day of sightseeing.
Overall, Orida exceeded my expectations in every aspect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, convenience, and top-notch service. I look forward to my next visit!"
"Loveley size room but very dated. Bathroom was very shabby. Enjoyed sitting by the lake having a drink. Loverly hotel by the lake but in massive need of updating."
"We had an amazing 1 night stay. We had parked up the road just off high street (24 hour car park) as parking limited (permit only outside) at the pub but was easy to find car park and walk down to the pub was a couple of minutes. When we arrived in the pub we were welcomed by Babs and Summer. Summer showed us to our room, you have to go through a staff only area and as it is a pub the ceilings were low but we liked that as it makes the stay different. We were told all about the late night procedure once the pub is closed how you get in and out and given emergency numbers if needed. The stairs up were steep but that comes with staying in an old pub. Our room was lovely (room 3) had air con, nice comfortable bed and small but adequate bathroom with small bottles of shampoo, shower gel etc which is a nice touch. Water provided and tea and coffee biscuits in room.
We went for a stroll in Maldon and when we returned Ebony was at the bar, she was very friendly and welcoming. We sat outside overlooking the water. This pub is in a lovely setting. We had a great nights sleep and breakfast was amazing with a great choice, served again by Babs and Summer. Overall our stay was excellent and I couldn’t fault all the staff they were great and very friendly. We will be back to stay again."
"Lovely hotel. We stayed in studio it was spotlessly clean. Only slight thing was to change air conditioning settings you had to stand on arm of sofa, maintenence man came over and helped us though. Very comfy nice and quiet. Great blackout blinds and comfy bed made for a nice lay in. Pub was really quaint nice old features. Breakfast was so good, staff so friendly and helpful. Great location in High Street. Would come back."
"It was great staying at the hotel. Ideal for going to the family BBQ a short distance away.
We are waiting for a refund as we didnt have breakfast. Thank you for a comfortable stay."
