"We have stayed at this property multiple times, always found it clean and usually friendly, this time however when we were in the *OPEN* club house, the 'management' charged in demanding to know "Who gave us permission to be there." A softer approach might have been in order or a Not Available sign or perhaps even having the doors locked would have worked better . . . especially as we were a group of middle 50's & 70 something years old, not children.
