"The staff are helpful and friendly, they did their best to enforce safety at the water park. Unfortunately a large group from a sports team, were rowdy and unsupervised by parents kept stopping on the slides and blocking the slides. The staff had to shut down the slides due to this for approx an hour. So the kids who did not break the rules could only enjoy the slides for a short time before check out. I understand this is not the facilities fault but you may want to consider if there are events...

The breakfast provided is excellent - lots of choice and the hot items were delicious. My toddler was absolutely spoiled by the breakfast attendants! We enjoyed the splash park and the fitness facility and felt well-cared for during our stay. Would recommend and stay again."
