From the hotel manager, reception desk, the restaurant, and the housekeeping staff, everyone was incredible. We had a room facing the water, so it was incredible to look out the windows and clearly see the water and beach. The room was not noisy at all. Breakfast had lots of options and we ate dinner in the hotel almost every night. We already booked this hotel for next year for 10 days."

"At the point waterfront apartment I enjoyed my stay as well as their views, the cleaning team cleaned thoroughly though they came late most the time(afternoon). They have friendly staff. They had safety measure for their guest whereby after 5 no one is allowed to come in nor come out , what I did not like though was the pool it was not cleaned often it was dirty. It's a convenient place as shops are close by"

The reception ladies are great, they made me feel welcomed specially that it was my first time in Durban. The security guards was really good, very welcoming as well. "It was not gods from the arrival my name was not appearing on their system I had to wait for them to call the manager it was just a long wait. Then the rooms were full we had to be moved to another hotel and room was not good at all for a cluster phobic people, alcohol cap in the room, we had to go and request for tea, sugar, milk as there was nothing in the room. Towels for one person yet we are a couple. It was not a good stay for me unfortunately and also for a first time it was a very poor service for me."
