from the garage was easy, however you could not utilize the elevator to return to your room without an access code that is only given to handicapped patrons that were able to use the parking garage. Overall our stay was pleasant and we would stay at the Palette again for the cost. "

"Stayed in King room, bed was comfortable but pillows were only adequate need to be replaced. Room was clean, bathroom could have been touched up better but I always bring my own cleaning supplies so not a big deal. Front desk/housekeeping staff very polite, addressed needs efficiently. Hotel/elevator was clean. Breakfast was basic but ok consistent everyday I was there (4 days). This was my second stay here and I came back because of the cleanliness, its quiet, and only 5 minutes from the beach."
