"I had a great experience here! Here is the good: Staff were super friendly and helpful! Lobby was clean, room was ready at check in, room was clean and had updated fridge, stove top, and microwave.

(Now maybe they aren’t branding as an extended stay.) but if you offer a larger fridge than a mini fridge and a stove top to cook with then one would think they might already have a few things there.
There was a little sitting area across the parking lot with umbrellas and it always had a lot of cigarette butts on the ground. Tables not wiped off. Old broken bench. With a little attention to detail it could be a cute place to relax.
There was just a small coffee machine in the lobby. It had cups, sugar, and creamer, but it was just kind of there. It worked and coffee was good! It just seemed a little bland compared to other Choice hotels I have stayed at.
