The relatively new hire at the front desk was absolutely incredible! Love chatting with her she changed our room from the basement to the fourth floor when one was available.

We enjoyed the little details such as hooks by the front door and an entry table to keep jackets, wallets, etc. We stayed in July and there was plenty of parking available in the garage. The bell staff kept our bikes safe and locked away so that we didn't have to put them in the parking garage. I don't like to take my chances with expensive MTBs....
