Holiday Inn Portland-By the Bay by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Nice property.
Only one coffee machine in a small room for morning coffee. The machine takes a long time to brew one cup - the condiments are in a space that adds time to waiting as the machine is blocked until the coffee cup is filled with sugar cream etc.
The line was out the door of the room for the 3 days I was there, over twenty minutes just to get to the machine to make a cup of coffee. And same thing for a second cup later on.
May sound picky, but coffee is the best start of a day for many people after waking, needs major improvement."
