"The staf was amazing. Very friendly. The elevator was not in operation and I dont like carrying things, so they accommodated us with a 1st floor room. They were very pet friendly and even had treats and welcome pets avaliable to the pup. "

"Check in was quick fast & easy. Room was nice & clean & bed was super comfortable. The A.C. was blowing cold all night & shower was nice & hot. It was perfect for just a night for me & my boo to get away together. I will be going back soon!! "

"The Latino chick at the front desk was beautiful. My room is on the first floor is the access the pool was across the hall my kid loved that. It was a good experience"

The restaurant waitress was so rude for lunch but food was delicious. Property was very clean.
Would stay here again if came back to Cleveland. "

"Building was fine. Hot tub was hot and pool was good. Tiny shampoo bottle only lasted 2 days but staff gave out more. You don't get any maid service Friday to Monday. "Continental breakfast" was abysmal at best. There is a restaurant called Scramblers about 1/4" mile away- go there for breakfast."

"It was a great stay. The lemongrass body wash made my husband itch a little bit was ok. The staff were very friendly. The place very very clean and decorated beautifully! Easy to check in and out. Was very quiet. Loved it! Only thing I would’ve liked to seen was a pool. "

"This was a nice hotel. It was very comfortable. Breakfast was nice in the morning with hot items and yoghurt and oatmeal and fruit and waffles. We were able to enjoy the pool even though it was quite cold. Very spacious. Our room did look over the freeway, but if you turn the bathroom fan on, it masks, the noise."

"Rude, beds was broken had to switch rooms the new room the AC doesn’t work. There were stains on the furniture. It was just nasty and the people there are nasty. It has changed so much. The pool was nasty. The hot tub didn’t work. None of the doors work if you parked in the back parking lot, you had to walk all way around to the front to get in. That’s not safe. It went downhill."
