"We went to SF for major surgery. We had the room for 3 nights. We arrived Thursday night. The Keurig did not work, and we saw what the problem was. Maintenance came and helped to move chest with tv & Keurig. The process took about an hour.
Surgery was on Friday. I was able to sleep in the room at UCSF,with my husband.
I put do not disturb on the door, and nothing had been disturbed.
The pool looked fantastic, and it was warm. I was not there to go for a dip!
