"Late check-in where didn’t have to wait long; and had room not far from elevator - but wasn't too noisy despite all the athletic kids and parents staying at the hotel. Its nice to have 24 hr coffee and hot water for tea or cocoa as well as the grab and go area. The

"Arrived on Valentines day (unrelated to our stay), couldn't initially park anywhere as the parking opposite the hotel has a height restriction thus anything other than a saloon car or small/mid SUV can use it.
Room was nice and clean when we arrived, sadly room was never made up the next day, nor cleaned of trash etc
A/C was a tad noisy which kept us up most of the night.
Ordered room service on the 2nd night, took well over an hour and not the 20-25mins stated.

The room was paid in full before our stay, so it was weird that we had multiple holds. We left the room as we found it, minus a few used towels, the bed, and some garbage in the bathroom trashcan. "
