Wifi was horrible connnects to room number and last name but because of my isuue and changing rooms they wanted me to call tech support for wifi not connecting. I said you provide the wifi and it is tour hotel that uses this set up it is not my responsibility to call tech support while i am paying your htel for tge service second man...
