"We had a nice stay; however, there were some issues and inconveniences. The breakfast orange juice was so watered down that it tasted bad no just weak. There were a lot of guests who came in with muddy boots and the stairs and parking lot needed to be cleaned. The room ws fine, but aging and there was a strong chemical smell in our room. There was also a noticeable stain on the pull out couch in Rm 415. Yuck. The blueberry waffle mix was bad too. It tasted sour. The bed was comfortable and the...

"The room was large, clean, and affordable. My children loved it. Breakfast was hot and delicious the next morning. Only concern was there was a person that was watching our car in the parking lot. We called the police because something felt off and while they came within 2 minutes and said if he was still there in an hour, call them again, that was pretty much all that was done. The person stated he was meeting a friend but couldn't provide a name of the person they were meeting or contact them....

There was 5 of us all together and only 2 towels so I called and asked for more. I had no issues getting more towels which other hotels have told us to deal with it.
