Aircraft junkyard at the Mexia-Limestone County airport in Texas. I stumbled upon this place while driving back into Texas from Oklahoma.

There is a company here that salvages old and new aircraft. They have a decent sized junk yard that you can wander around, full of oldish planes that have been scrapped or being used to restore others of the same type. There was an old boy hanging around while we were there who allowed us to walk around. He also was very friendly and talked to us about the company and his three tours of Vietnam.

A small gem of a discovery for aviation buffs and HDR photo freaks alike!
