"After a crappy end to our flight trying to get back home, and the Seattle airport customer service being trash, we had to pay for another night at a hotel we were unprepared for. Once there the staff we had at around 9pm especially the lovely lady at the front desk made us forget the troubles we had and made us feel welcomed. We ended up taking a shower and getting on our flight the next morning at 8am feeling refreshed. Paying for the
