"Sherri at the Viceroy was TOP NOTCH and gave us what I refer to as “unreasonable hospitality and customer service!” We live in a world that rarely gives 5-star service without charging an outrageous sum or without requiring request. Sherri at The Viceroy went ABOVE AND BEYOND and made our stay not only exceptionally comfortable, but a memorable experience worthy of sharing!!!! Thank you, Sherri. The Viceroy Hotel is lucky to have your managerial skills!!!!"
