"Usually our go to hotel is home2 but the rapid city hotel was not up to standard. The front desk lady was not very friendly, housekeeping did not do a great job. Bedding wasn’t put on correctly and no attention to detail. The floors in the rooms could use a cleaning as well as teach the staff to properly clean the shower/tub. Pink around the drain. The coffee area out in the main area was not kept up. The one positive was access to the inside water park! Do not recommend staying here. "
