"Avenue of the Arts Costa Mesa felt welcoming even before I arrived. The staff was incredibly accommodating, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. My room was spacious, quiet, and had a home-like comfort that made my stay even better. The highlight was the wonderful view of the park outside, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. Plus, its close proximity to Segerstrom Center for the Arts makes it a perfect spot if you’re looking to catch a Broadway show. A great place to stay!"

. Things I didn't like - small details in the bathroom area were dirty, I found a hair, and a towel rod broke apart. The staff was not friendly and if I had a question I would get the "you booked through Expedia, ask them" response. So not great or hospitable...

"This hotel needs a lot of cosmetic work. The clientele staying here was really sketchy and several looked like drug addicts. Lots of low lifes staying here. There was a huge wet spot on the carpet in my room so I was moved to another one. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. No blow dryer, no shampoo, no dishes or silverware in the room even though there’s a kitchenette. On the plus side, there’s lots of areas to walk a
