"Checkin was pleasant and room was on 1st floor right next to parking, so easy unload and load. There is a family feel to the inner courtyard/parking, as some residents make use of their porch while children pet visiting dogs. This hotel was our choice rather than paying a fortune to stay in Cooperstown. A nearby Walmart and eateries were a plus in this small community. Beds were very comfortable, water pressure great. Lots of table top options in the room were a huge bonus. Makeup area was a...

"Marcia was very accommodating. My friend and I rode in on our bicycles and she made every effort to accommodate us. The kitchen in our suite was so nice, we decided to grocery shop and dine in. Definitely want to return with my wife on a separate visit and stay longer."

"This accommodation worked great for us. Great location for a ride on the Erie Canal Trail. It isn’t a fancy place but has eating and antiques nearby. There is a working kitchen for those who want to cook or make coffee and a living area separate from bedroom. You will find a do it yourself bike shop area across the street in the mill across the street. There is no reception desk so go into the restaurant/bar below or the old stone mill across the street for information. The other thing to...

"The hotel was typical Hampton offering although this one appears to have been recently modernised.
Everything was OK.
Hotel is close to a few restaurants."

"My husband and I stayed here the night prior to The Boilermaker 15k road race. Great location, close to the finish line.
The hotel offered late check out to the runners and also welcomed us with water upon check in and put out a light breakfast much earlier than their scheduled time.
Many restaurants in walking distance. "

"It was run down. Really needs to be updated. No hand towels one face cloth and that was filthy. It really needs cosmetic work. The front guy was polite and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Convenient to Thruway and some food places but never again will we stay"

"Stayed here on our bicycle ride along the Erie Canalway Trail. It is right next to a trail and has a swimming pool. It has several grocery stores next door, but they all closed at 8 pm (a good place to grab yogurt or something like that for breakfast). There is a Domino's Pizza and a pharmacy next door. "
"Freashly renovated. Smart lcd television in the room. Strong and stable wifi signals. Work desk with desk lamp. Heated mirror so the mirror doesnt fog up. Independent HVAC system. Great water pressure. Clean refrigerator and microwave. No weird smells. "
"The staff was attentive and helpful. The beds and bedding were comfortable, although an additional pillow on each bed would be nice since the pillows (4) were very soft. The bathroom had been renovated and was immaculate. Ample towels and toiletries were provided. I especially appreciated the excellent lighting throughout the rooms. The refrigerator and freezer were very efficient. The tv & remote worked well. Room security was good. The in-room coffee maker's directions couldn't be read clearly, so we didn't use it. There was an ice bucket, but no directions on where to find the ice machine. The furniture was very tired and in need of replacement. No additional amenities were provided...the lobby did not provide coffee, snacks for purchase, nor a list of nearby places to eat. "
"I was in the area for my daughter's wedding. I stayed one night and it was a good experience. I decided not to go home the next night, and stayed in town. I went back to this facility because it was a very pleasant stay."
"This is my second stay at the Home2Suites in Utica, and I would readily book there again! In both my experiences, the staff was friendly & accommodating, our room was clean & spacious, and we enjoyed walking to the local restaurants! "
"We stayed in 20 some hotels on our Colossus of Roads Trip and this was either the Best or in the top three. The room was perfect four our group of four — two bedrooms with great beds and pillows, a kitchen and sitting area, three TVs and so many plugins at bedside. Breakfast was great, there were plenty of choices (including Nutella) and if you didn’t get everything charged in your room, there were more plugins in the breakfast tables!"
"We picked it because close to Empire State Trail as we go from Buffalo to Albany and that they allow us to bring bikes into our rooms. Breakfast good, staff friendly "
"I must say upon arrival a wonderful lady at the desk named Shaniqua was very pleasant and helpful I had a long travel and I wasn’t expecting such a vibrant personality it was really nice to have that experience. The room was perfect very clean and comfortable everything was in top condition even my freezer to keep my frosty from Wendy’s frozen which saved me for that late night sweet treat 😉 not to mention the free breakfast and coffee which also helped save me a couple bucks btw the coffee was delicious but the eggs and bagel was my go to 殺 they had other choices though like cereal and oatmeal ❤️. I had a good stay here the vibes was just right for me I’ll be booking with best western in the future ."
