"Would not recommend this hotel. We arrived late in the evening after being at Busch Gardens all day. The room was not clean, had to ask for clean bed linens because there were black spots on pillow cases, sheets and bedspread. Trash was fiound under the bed and what looked like dog hair on the pillow. Bathroom towel had hair ball in it. Asked for another room but none were available.
Libby area and dining area carpeting frayed and worn out in high traffic areas. Needs renovation.
