I just adore Dunedin and even would consider moving here. The location is perfect for my style and tastes, and it was not at all noisy at night despite being block away from Main Street. What an adorable find.

"The property was very well taken care of. Towels for use at the beach and pool were very convenient. So many walkable restaurants and shops as well as a trolley for a small fee when you were tired of walking. Water fill stations in the hotel were also appreciated! Housekeeping was above and beyond!
