"Fun quick trip to collect reward points. Favorite parts of the stay were the indoor pool (swimming while Christmas music was playing and it was raining outside was quite entertaining) and Udi's bagels in the morning (first time I've seen any hotel with any gluten free bread options).

"They were friendly. I have stayed there before but it’s seems they have let the property go. The first room I was in the lights kept flickering and could not get hot water in the shower. And when I did report it to the gentleman at the front desk I was just met with a stare before he finally asked if I would like to switch rooms. Everyone else I encountered at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The people were great the room not so much. "

"After bringing our luggage down 2 long hallways on the first, we discovered the kitchen floor was coverd with water and we almost fell. They immediately apologized and gave us a different room on the 2nd floor & more convenient near the elevator. The rooms were clean except the toilet had a very dark stain. Many areas of wear & tear in the room and other areas. My husband was so disappointed te hot tub was broken. But we enjoyed the nice size indoor, heated pool. Very good breakfast buffet...

had a great stay. We arrived late but early enough to get in a quick swim. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the morning and the staff was so pleasant and willing to help with anything we needed. Mara, was an employee riding the elevator with us at one point and she was so thankful we stayed and so kind to our children. Makes us want to come back for sure."
