"Hate to give a poor review but as far as this stay itself, it just wasn’t good! Staff were excellent and professional. Complex was OK. Arrived Thursday and room faced Russell St which is extremely noisy. Friday the whole 2nd floor filled with cheerleading squads under 18, there for a weekend competition event, so now loud outside and in! Staff were quick to assist and moved us to the 4th floor and away from traffic!…but…the heating unit’s blower (and it was a cold weekend) was cruelly loud when...
