"Most people who go to Duluth are not going for the accommodations. However, I will say this hotel is a bit run down. We were not on the tower side, but the other part of the hotel in the parking lot (attached by a skyway.) We were there for hiking, so it served its purpose. If you have kids they will love the pool, hot tub and sauna. The kids also loved the restaurant that moves on the top floor. They views are pretty spectacular. Also it's a 15 minute walk to Canal Park and they allow
