"Outstanding hotel. This makes our second time at this hotel. Clean nice and outstanding customer service. Pool was great. Breakfast as fresh and ready to serve.

"The room was set to 71 degrees and when we got back the room was icy and damp, towels and sheets.
Two room keys never really worked, had to call maids to unlock door.
On Sunday, not much of a breakfast!

The pool was nice and actually felt like a heated pool. The location was nice, we just followed 1 into D.C. The only thing I wished it had was a continental breakfast, but that just meant we got to try some of the local places for breakfast."

Unfortunately on this visit, the elevator was out of service and we only found one working ice machine. So if you need an elevator, I would make sure you confirm its been repaired before making a reservation. "
