The rooms are big and they have a small kitchen area. The beds are very comfortable and everything is clean. We have a teen so we also have an air mattress and a pack n play. We still have room to move around. So it’s pretty spacious.

This property is getting somewhat run down with the rooms apparently not well cleaned between guests. There was dirt and cobwebs in the corners. The carpet didn't invite bare feet for sure. We had a lot of trouble with adequate electrical output from room plugs. Insufficient to operate our iphone charging plugs anyway. Walls are thin enough that the tv in the next room was clearly audible.
On the plus side the pool and hot tub were perfect and the breakfast was first rate
