The air conditioner was broken and when I notified the staff twice about it, they told me I could check out and maybe, they’d give me refund. (This was at 11 at night).
The sheets and blanket were dirty and there were ants in the room. When I arrived to check in, the guy working there closed the door in my face and told me to come back in 30.
