"We choose this hotel because it's within walking distance to the Lincoln Memorial Hospital, but we got so much more. The Rosa At the Park restaurant was a big surprise because the food was so delicious and having a place to eat inside the hotel with affordable prices is definitely a plus. The hotel staff were amazing and although the rooms are small they are clean and have quality amenities."

"The hotel is on a quiet residential street in the UES with easy access to two subway stations and quick walk to both Central Park and the East River Greenway. My family of 4 stayed in a junior suite and had plenty of room. They staff was friendly and attentive and all amenities were clean and comfortable. The neighborhood has everything you could want within walking distance: Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Walgreens, and tons of restaurants (plenty of pizza for the kids!). I would definitely stay...

"We were in NYC to sight-see and visit friends. We were impressed by the friendliness of the staff who greeted us and checked us in. Raymond was outstanding! Our room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. We were impressed by the location also. We could walk to many museums, Broadway shows, and Central Park. It suited us well! "

"Overall a good place to stay. Good value and good room size. It was a plus that 2 queen beds were available per room. Downsides were the location, a little too far off the beaten path and the condition of the rooms. Drawers were very worn and warped and there was trash in the room upon check in "

"We enjoyed our stay! Front desk was kind, watch out our luggage as we arrived early and wanted to explore. The location made it easy to walk around, get to shopping, Central Park, Times Sq etc. We enjoyed a private balcony as well. We’ll be back for sure. "

"This was quite literally the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. My room did not have AC and it’s summer. Calling the front desk doesn’t help because no one is there to answer. When I left for my event I notified them and they said they’d send someone to fix it. When I got back later that night of course no one is at the front desk. No surprise the AC still doesn’t work. Finally got a hold of someone and they said I can change rooms. They’re not apologetic whatsoever. The new room smelled of...

"Our stay was great. This location is awseome - very close to Radio City and walking distance to bothe Central Park and Bryant Park. Of course, lots of shopping and restaurants.
The 4 star would have been 5 but the hotel "claimed" they upgraded us when we checked in... to a suite but we would have preferred the 2 beds. Instead we got a pull out couch for the second bed and it was extremely uncomfortable. Other than that, we would definitely come again. "
