"We had a nice stay; however, there were some issues and inconveniences. The breakfast orange juice was so watered down that it tasted bad no just weak. There were a lot of guests who came in with muddy boots and the stairs and parking lot needed to be cleaned. The room ws fine, but aging and there was a strong chemical smell in our room. There was also a noticeable stain on the pull out couch in Rm 415. Yuck. The blueberry waffle mix was bad too. It tasted sour. The bed was comfortable and the...

"It was an enjoyable stay overall. The on site restaurants give a solid variety of excellent food. The rooftop pool is a little smaller than I’d thought it would be but enjoyable. Not a fan of the mattress in the rooms or the lack of a mini fridge/microwave. The casino is clean and well staffed. All the staff were very courteous. "

"The breakfast lady was awesome. She kept the food full even until the last moment it was opened. The hot water on the third floor specifically in room 317 was not consistent in having hot water. The front desk was awesome in our check in and check out. I would definitely use them again when in the area"

There was 5 of us all together and only 2 towels so I called and asked for more. I had no issues getting more towels which other hotels have told us to deal with it. The only thing I did not like was the area. People walking around everywhere. But the man assured us we were safe. The room was clean the only...
