An amazing experience, beautiful hotel, loving people, from the first day we checked in to the last day. They even put away our bags after we checked out for us to spend more time at the beach then provided towels and let us shower by the pool. I will definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel. If you want a night life action you just have to take a Uber which they are super friendly. "

While trying to resolve the issue through the Hotels.com chat, I discovered that my reservation had been mistakenly cancelled—without any prior notice or communication from the property. I was left with no assistance from the hotel, and shortly after leaving, I was involved in a car accident. Thankfully, Hotels.com provided excellent support throughout the situation. My advice: do not book this place. The lack of professionalism and responsibility from the hotel staff made an already stressful situation much worse "
