"The hotel is in the downtown. It is in the closed or covered old market area of Kayseri. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets around. The hotel is excellent."
"It’s a fare place for the money. It’s very basic but if you don’t need much it may be good for you. I arrived late, closer to midnight, and the hotel was locked. Luckily a woman from the cafe next to the hotel called the receptionist and treated me with a cup of tea while I was waiting. My room had no spare electrical sockets for charging my phone so I had to unplug the tv. English at the reception is very basic. There is no really parking at the hotel- it’s either a paid parking at a small lot nearby or along the streets as i had to do. I can’t say it was a bad experience, just make sure you have right expectations. "
"We shared a very economical 2 bedroom suite, with kitchen and living room, and bathroom and balcony. Beds were reasonably comfortable. We were on the quiet side of the building away from traffic. Water pressure was excellent. Hot water readily available. Front desk 2 women, Old and other fellow we're all courteous and helpful. Washing machine in unit for washing clothes, and drying rack exceeded expectations. Accessible from Kayseri castle via bus 133 or 566. Or from tramline station Tala Belediyesi on T2 line. Then a 120 TLcab ride or 2.5km walk. Fridge worked well. Gas stove worked well. Overall expectations exceeded. Would definitely stay again if I ctheatea. "
"Im sorry to say this because I dont like leaving bad reviews; however this stay was not good. My first night I had the noisiest room possible. It was right on the highway amd across from the train station. The sound proofing in this building is not good and all I heard all night was cars flying by and a constant beeping sound from the train station. Furthermore, the curtain didnt completely cover the window, so every time a car would go by I would see the lights travel through my room, and there was also a smoke detector that would blink every minute. It was like getting flashed all throughout the night.
They moved me to another room the following day. It was a little better. But same smoke detector issue. I ended up covering it with stickers.
Then there was the issue with construction. They begin very loud construction on their hotel at 8 am. So if you wanted to rest and sleep in, forget about it. The whole hotel shakes when they are hammering away.
Other things of note: the breakfast was paltry and not worth the extra fee. Basically just eggs, some turkish delights, cheeses, and a few finger vegetables. The coffee is instant. It was like a table of appetizers. I have been to many Hotels in Turkey, this was by far the smallest selection I have ever seen.
If you need to spend one night. And your sleep can be from between 1 am to 8 am, plus you have a room away from the highway, you may be okay, or if you can sleep through everything. Overall, this place is not worth it."
"Zumrut is just a stone throw away from the main slope and gondler.
They have their own ski equipment shop at the main gate.
Food wise is a bit limited but adequate.
The staff are really friendly and helpful and our rooms where clean.
In terms of facilities there isn't much and the hotel isn't in the same class as others along this strip, but it is excellent value for money. "
"Resimlerde tanımlanan oda da eksikler vardi. Cift kisilik yatak ile tek kisilik yatak arasında bi paravan olması gerekirken yoktu. Carsaflar twmiz ama eski idi sigara yaniklarindan delikler olusmus halde idi"
"Prime İnn apartments is a great alternative for a family or group of friends. Two generous sized bedrooms and two bathrooms make for a comfortable stay. The living area is also comfortable and spacious. We came to Kayseri for skiing and the location is great for proximity to the mountains. Highly recommend "
"Superb value, large spacious rooms (even my single!). Loads of closet storage and decent sized bathroom. There is a dresser chair as well as a comfortable armchair and small round table. The mattrass was especially comfortable. Very firm, almost orthopedic. Brand new carpets. The outside corridor lights are very sensitive and shut off within 2-3 seconds - which is great for "light" sleepers. Nice, friendly young staff, that were very helpful, despite the language barrier. The tram stop (Duvenonu) is immidiately in front of the door!
Only thing missing is water and a Kettle! Possibly a faster WiFi would be nice. Breakfast from 0700-1030 at 5th floor restaurant. Superb buffet spread with hot/cold and plenty of juice / jam cake options.
