staff really goes far to make you feel welcome. you working in lounge, they offer tea, we got complement desert when checking in,
our cab driver card reader was broken, and hotel just paid my fare and put it on the room.

"Its a nice hotel in a very busy area. Most things were fine apart from my hotel room was 28 degrees almost the whole time. Day and night. They have floor heating which could not be turned off. AC cooling not possible i march.
This could have been fixed with setting up a fan in my room.... but this was not possible they said.. and if the any of these technicians sent had a key to open the window properly.
Ended up switching hotels to cheaper option and there it was no problem to setup a fan...

"Good location comfortable spacious room.. but cleaning is a bit poor. They charged us 20 euros daily for our pet for deep cleaning. But they did not even hoover the carpets.. it was just regular sheet and towel changing etc. Overall comfortable stay as a family with our pet.. good service"
