"We are staying at Anemon one week every year when visiting family in Eskisehir. Everything is very good and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The location is great and there is a shopping center right next to it as well. Taxi station right outside and the hotel is one of extremely few with a pool, both outside and inside. We will stay again next year as always! I really recommend this hotel. "

I booked a room for my family with two beds, but upon check-in, we were given a room with one bed and a sofa. When I brought this up with the staff, they acknowledged they had rooms with two beds but only gave us bed sheets for the sofa instead of moving us to the correct room. This was not what we had reserved, and it was frustrating to deal with.
