Had to book alternate accommodation at 9.30at night
Then got a call back saying they had sent emails they hadn’t, then they said they sent texts which they hadn’t
And then blamed me for using my UK phone number as to why I haven’t received any text.
Instructions clearly stated that communication was by email, and they had managed to send me an email asking if I had checked in okay?
So clearly, somebody had not sent the access...

Best this is the location as hotel is in the middle of the center, walking distance of all major attractions.
