"I've stated at The Hoxton before and love it. The vibe when you enter is super chill and makes you feel like you've stepped into a chic hotel in the 1970s. The rooftop bar is great as is the restaurant on the firat floor. My only complaint is that the water pressure in the shower is weak...not ideal, but not a deal breaker. "

"The staff here were so accommodating to us. We ended up having to stay a week here and after booking 2 days, they did everything they could to get us a great room even when they were nearly sold out. They were ready with dining recommendations, ice when we needed it and advice on local things to check out. Will definitely recommend to anyone coming to BXL and will only stay here when in town. "

"The hotel itself is fantastic. The rooms are spacious, the carpets are plush and clean, the bathroom was large, the beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The staff were welcoming and spoke a variety of languages fluently. The bartender, Folios, gave us lots of suggestions for food and places to go. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The hotel is located directly across the street from the Brussels Midi station, which is very convenient. However, the area where the hotel is located is very dirty and unsafe at night. We never had any issues with being accosted or harassed, and did notice a strong police presence in the train station, which was comforting. We only traveled around the area between 8am-7pm. We didn't feel comfortable traveling later than that. We have always had good experiences staying at Radisson properties, so it's a shame that such a nice hotel is stuck in a lousy area."
