"I had very bad experience with the check inn, I have been allotted a downgraded room and they did not even bother to apologise. I demanded a compensation but they thought iam begging, so sad.
I paid full room rent with extra bed with Expedia but it did not reflect there

Its an isolated, lodge style place with full board included and they offer plenty of activities including wildlife safaris in nearby Bandipur park and a morning nature walk.

The staff were very courteous and very helpful making the experience unforgettable. The directions to this property during the night was not very clear on google maps or iPhone maps.
They have transportation from Mysore to the resort. I would highly recommend their transportation. ideally taking Vande Barat train from Chennai or Bangalore to Mysore. They have a 3 bdrm bed and breakfast villa in Mysore. With transportation to the property. I will be...

Staff and cook are very very polite.
Rooms were clean and organized. Bathrooms were also clean, although slightly wet after they clean (hosts can perhaps look into this and ensure bathrooms are wiped after cleaning). This was only reason for for a 4-star rating on “rooms” (instead of 5-star rating)."

"This was terrible experience lost my money, there were no toiletries, no phone in the room to connect with reception. Nobody was ever at the reception probably why they don’t give phone in room.
