"The staff were very helpful. We had a very nice spacious room on the sixth floor. The free breakfast was really good with lots of choice including local produce and fantastic cakes. The hotel is a very short walk from the triple bridge in a safe area. An excellent base to explore from with several local tour guide companies picking up from the hotel. "

Although issues occur, I felt the hotel should have acknowledged the issue and inform when fixed, I mention to manager upon leaving they could have handled it better vs “it is what is - deal with it”.
