The kelong room was beautifully presented and very clean and comfortable - we especially loved having two private decks with sunrise and sunset experiences. From Day 1 we were made to feel welcome when Tony the resort manager introduced himself and gave us useful tips for our stay. Every day was a lovely, relaxing experience - we were well looked after by the best reception team (led by Ikri), fed delicious and healthy meals by Aktar and Ian, greeted by lovely smiles and hellos from ALL the staff - all busy every day doing their tasks - from room cleans, to towels and water bottles, to gardening team and engineering to our friendly but very efficient night security - always felt safe! "The staff from the driver to the reception were phenomenal! It was not highly rated because it is an older villa, but for the price compared to other villas it is exceptional! Our driver Iskandar took us for lunch at a local place that was good and cheap. The reception offered to purchase belinjo chips for us at the market so we don't have to pay tourist prices. the property is close to Lagoi beach where there are cheaper local restaurants and cafes. The pool at the Signature villa is nice and big. There are also 2 bathrooms with 2 separate bathtubs and showers for our 2 bedroom villa. The cleanliness level could be improved, but all in all we had an enjoyable stay."
