Every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and professional, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. One small issue—our in-room telephone didn’t work, so we weren’t able to order room service. We ended up using a local takeaway instead, although we would have preferred to dine in. Hopefully, this is something that can be easily checked for future guests. The cleaning team at 09:00 were a little too noisy next door too but we managed to ignore.
