"The only reason to stay at the hotel is its proximity to the park. The hotel is of poor standard. Staff were absent both in the restaurant and the pub, and the cleaning was poor. Remote location. No restaurants nearby. I recommend staying in Šibenik instead, which was a charming little town."

The owner Marijana was extremely helpful & although the hotel isn't manned 24hr she was always contactable by WhatsApp, Phone or Email. She even organized a driver to collect us from the airport. The cleaning lady kept the hotel immaculate & smelling so fresh & was always on hand to clean the room if you wanted it done. "Staff were not welcoming on arrival (and kinda rude). Bedroom curtains too small for window and not attached property at either end so light coming into room. No USB or other ports for electrical equipment charging (amazing given I believe hotel was opened in 2024). Beds felt cheap and could heap and feel springs. No in room coffee/tea. Not really a 4 star hotel experience."

"We reserved the room with the balcony for our Honeymoon in Tisno. The hotel is beautiful, the staff was incredibly hospitable & the restaurant downstairs is the best in town. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to The Garden if you are in town for a festival. We highly recommend Hotel Tisno. "

The property is well located and very nice. However, the main downside was the water being cut off while I was in the middle of a shower. My partner had to go to reception to inquire, and I waited for over 1 hour without any update or assistance, even just bringing bottles of water to the room to brush my teeth ,which was quite frustrating.
To add to the inconvenience, we were still asked to pay for breakfast, despite the issue we experienced, as we were told it wasn’t their fault. Unfortunately, the customer service could definitely be improved.
Not having water during a shower is not something you expect—especially while on holiday.

The owner only accepts cash euros and ATMs in Croatia charge an exorbitant 15%, and 2.
