A newly built section with a huge jacuzzi and a beautiful sauna was open in the afternoon for adults only, and the other section became adults only in the evening hours. Food was delicious, perhaps a few more vegetarian options would have been good, but it was manageable for the vegetarians in our family. We had a relaxing time."

"It was very nice. Breakfast and dinner were included in the price. It is a true spa with multiple pools and types of saunas. The room was large with a nice desk and a full kitchen. Small balcony. Very convenient to the sights. Convenient parking. The food was good. A good place to stay for a few days to see all of the Danube Bend. "

"This is a hidden gem. The historic property has been beautifully restored, has all the facilities anyone could want and the staff are super attentive and qualified. The buffet lunch is not the greatest, but it's good value for the money they charge for it. "
"Communication was a bit difficult as the staff’s English was limited, but despite the language barrier, they did their best to explain everything and were very kind.

After breakfast and before checkout time we returned to our room to find our keycards didn't work anymore. Eventually they reactivated them so we could get back in our room to collect our stuff.
At checkout the staff were adamant I hadn't paid via Hotels.com even though I thought I had, and they swiftly prepared my invoice and gave me the payment terminal. While I was paying I was checking my Hotels.com emails and bank account, and only after the payment had gone through I found that I had indeed already paid via Hotels.com.
The staff were fortunately able to reverse the transaction, but offered no apology for the mistake.
