"Property was traditional farm cottage style. I loved the fact you had access to a kitchen where tea and coffee were readily available, and a comfortable lounge. Breakfast was served in a lovely garden among the trees. Only negative factor was you had to drive everywhere due to country location of property."

The hotel staff were great, they had games and activities for young guests—my 10 yr old daughter had daily activities with Santiago, Fatima and Gloria—made it more enjoyable for our family.

"This place is an oasis of calm and nature on the city with two pools and amazing breakfasts, really comfortable rooms and a whole spa. The surrounding neighborhood is lovely and not touristy but it’s still really convenient. The service is top notch, Deborah who works at breakfast and the pool bar is an incredibly professional and lovely person and so is Luisa who is part of the breakfast crew. We will be back for sure!"

"We had the perfect stay. As two female travelers, we felt very safe and comfortable during our trip. It’s located centrally - nothing was more than a 20 min walk away.
We felt given the amount we spent, the hotel far exceeded our expectations. The room we stayed in was well suited for couples. The amenities are excellent, we loved the communal spaces and the pool. The environment is very relaxing. Wifi was reliable and good, no issues whatsoever there.
I want to take a moment to mention the staff - our experience interacting with members of the team was absolutely superb from start to end. They were very friendly and informative.

Parking was also convenient (we rented a car) - only a few minutes walk down the street. "Very well thought through airport hotel, offering full buffet breakfast from 2 am to 11 am. Jetlag be damned! Kind personnel and shuttle driver. It’s very close to the airport and walkable with a roll-on but I had a huge bag. No shuttles after midnight though. I didn’t take full advantage of the amenities but found the atmosphere was good in the lobby, better than at most airport hotels I’ve visited. Very convenient too: I easily popped down to Lisbon for the afternoon and back on the metro. "
