"Room is very small compared with other similar prices Hotels in Kuala Lumpur. No bed side lamp, no face towel. Only basic cups provided. Wifi is slow and down for last 2 days. Sound insulation poor & unfortunately next room makes noise all night until we open the door and warn them at 3am.

"Check-in instructions unclear, it said an email with check in instructions will be sent 24 hour before check in but I never received it. Make sure to contact them before arrival to get the check-in instructions. Spent an hour upon arrival in the heat to figure out the check in. Security guards very stuck up. "

"Rooftop pool must be popular for couples and many taking photos from there. Check-in run by remote and reception facility is only a room with chair. Seems temporary facility and segmentalized person attending check in, There seem no secure luggage storage at reception area as not a hotel. also often the case with apartment style accommodation you will find many missing cutleries you wish to have.
Close to the MRT station is good advantage for matured but facility suits for young couple.

"I was made to wait over 8 hours to check in only to be told my booking had been cancelled for an unknown reason.
I booked again on 2 other sites & had confirmation but still I was unable to check in.
This place is a shambles & I would not stay there even if I was paid to.

"Worst 3 nights experience ever! Property does not have receptionist, only 1 security guard and very unfriendly. No computer, so even when we already book, they don't have the data.
Security guard ask us to find the so called "Agent" somewhere in the building nearby there but did not give proper address or directions. So we have to walk around guessing which is the "Agent" office.
We call Expedia and they are very helpful to call the building and reconfirm our stay. After long process finally...

Location is Good, Only 10mins walk to Pavillion Mall and along the Bukit Bintang Shopping Area.
About 15 mins walk to Jalan Alor Food Street,
We are grad that had this Dorsett Residences Bukit Bintang - De Space,

However, we were surprised to be asked 400RM then eventually 300RM deposit plus 50RM cleaning fees and 10RM Tourist tax. We rented other stays before but never asked the above. So it’s taken us for a surprise.
The carpark is so narrow we almost scratched our car and we saw scratch marks on the walls and on some cars.
Carpark lift is so old. And rubbish bin outside lift landing is full and smelly.
