"The lobby was lovely, breakfast was excellent every morning with lots of options and tons of fresh healthy food. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful, had great experiences with everyone we interacted with. We had some trouble with our original booking and the hotel was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a good stay and were fairly compensated for the issue. Location right across the lake was perfect. Would definitely come again! "

"The inginity lake view from the room with the volcano in the background is worth everything, especially when combined with a great breakfast and a nice pool and sauna area. The room is very good as well though some small renovations can take it a step further. The hotel as charm and the staff is very nice. Highly recommended. "
