"Giorgi was an incredible host. He was attentive and always available to answer questions. His fluent English made it easy for us to communicate. The room was amazingly clean with a mini fridge that included a freezer enabling me to keep my water ice cold. The attention to detail including providing toiletries, coffee, bathrobe, disposable slippers, bottled water etc made for a very comfortable stay. The location was very convenient to walk to the center and departure points for tours. I loved staying here and appreciated the kindness of the host family."

"We really enjoyed staying in Hotel Casa Calda. Room was clean and had a safe and very spacious! It is a two story building where the family lives on the first floor and the accommodations/rooms are in a renovated second floor so beware if you have mobility issues. It is about a 25 min. walk to downtown, but there was a lovely restaurant along the way and a very good convenience store nearby. The Bolt app also makes it very reasonably priced to get downtown. You have to ring for service as the front desk is not manned 24/7 but the family was very nice. It was ran by a duo of women and the younger of the two spoke very good English. Very much recommended if you're staying in Kutaisi."
