"Friendly and accommodating staff. Hard- working cleaning staff. Area is run-down, loud locals in the are shout out vulgar statements in the mornings and evenings- you can tell they don’t like tourists. Sometimes felt unsafe because of this. Anyone from the street can walk in and use the pool."

"I stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting Porto Santo. Peaceful, quiet and a very relaxed atmosphere - and there was a tasty continental breakfast. Thehotel was very clean and bright - there is air conditioning should you need it. It is mainly used by Portuguese guests which is super ideal for me wanting to immerse myself in all things local. The hotel is literally 5 mins walk from the centre of Vila Baleira and the beach. There are plenty lovely local restaurants, cafés and bars - perfect. The...

"Was a fantastic stay, the hotel itself was immaculate with fantastic friendly staff. Direct access to the beach was brilliant and the hotel pool was just what we needed.
We didn’t book half board but did try the restaurant and we were very happily surprised, the foot was superb!
We would highly recommend and are already working on next year! "

"I booked with breakfast and had no right to it. Then the pool and bar were not available. I paid a service which I did not have."

"If you're looking for a modern and boutique experience, this is the place to stay.
We were there for two nights, three days and really enjoyed our stay. The property is modern, clean and very no frills. The breakfast buffet and food options for lunch are terrific! We ate dinner at local restaurants, so can't really speak much on the dinner options.
The location is nicely set back from the beach, however, it's about a 5-8 min walk down a road located in front of the hotel. Beach...

"really enjoyed the stay, the dorm rooms are comfortable with privacy curtains, small fan and light in the bed, the bathroom was clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There is a shared kitchen with a good range of utensils. The property is secluded to one end of the island so either you need to catch the bus, take a taxi or go on a long walk to get to anything but the proximity to the beach is amazing and being on the other end of the island it is a perfect getaway, there is 1...

It would be good to have breakfast included in the price point of this accommodation as they charge 10 euro extra but it isn't a deal breaker. I highly recommend this property if you're visiting Porto Santo"
"Not a 4 star as advertised. Property showing its age. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Room was average. Restaurant was OK, nothing special."
