"It was a nice experience "

"We arrived about 8hrs later than planned due to over booking, however the staff was there to help us download the bags and help us to our rooms quickly. A light breakfast was provided in the morning and the staff on the 6th floor were so accommodating, I have a 2yr old that slept thru breakfast so I was collecting breakfast for him. Might I say the croissants were amazing, I ended getting up for breakfast every morning to eat 2 of them. We ventured up to the 7th floor and again the staff was so nice. Our rooms were clean, the ac was great and the beds were comfy. Excellent choice of hotels "

"I liked the location. It was very close to the Conference i wa attending. The security staff was also great. They helped get cabs before I downloaded two ride-sharing services and even then, they checked the license plate number. The young women at the front were great despite the fact that my French is minimal and only one staff had very good English. They were very helpful!"

The road leading up to the building is not paved due to ongoing construction and unclearly marked on google maps but this is a minor issue. "

When she arrived at Bi Hotel Sarl in Dakar, they refused to let her check in and told her they don’t accept online payments — only cash. This is completely dishonest. Why list your hotel on a major platform if you won’t honor online bookings? They waited until she got there to demand cash, even though the booking was already paid. No refund offered. No help. Just cold treatment and excuses. This is a scam tactic. Avoid this hotel at all costs. They take your money online, then deny you service on arrival. Une fois arrivée à Bi Hotel Sarl à Dakar, on lui a refusé l’entrée sous prétexte qu’ils n’acceptent pas les paiements en ligne — uniquement en espèces. C’est totalement malhonnête. Pourquoi être présent sur une plateforme comme Hotels.com si vous refusez les réservations déjà payées ? Ils ont attendu qu’elle arrive pour exiger un paiement en espèces, alors que tout avait été payé d’avance. Aucun remboursement. Aucun soutien. Juste du mépris et des excuses. C’est une arnaque. Fuyez cet hôtel. Ils encaissent votre argent en ligne, puis refusent de vous accueillir. Hotels.com devrait les retirer immédiatement de leur plateforme. "
