"Alhamdullilah I have been to other hotels in the Clock tower but it was the first time staying at the Swiss Makka.
We booked for 4 people and only got three beds, other hotels often have a extra bed when you register four people. But they wanted us to pay 200real per night for a extra bed when we booked for four person.
The staff was supposed to call me when the room was ready (we came earlier) but did not call, I needed to go myself and ask.

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Jabal Omar Marriot. It’s a 5 min walk to the Harem when using the trolley or bus, breakfast was excellent, everyone was really nice and Ahad, our housekeeping ensured we had everything we needed in our room. Taxis were easily available outside. No complaints. Would stay again. "

"Had an excellent stay with my wife and small daughter. We went for Umrah for the first time and chose this for the location. Despite us being outside of the Kabba, it was very crowded. Thankfully we were able to make some Salah at the hotel prayer area.
Best part of the hotel is indeed the staff. From the bellmen to the receptionists to the housekeepers, everyone were very friendly and helpful. Jhangir Alam and his coworkers were exceptional.
We will be coming back here in sha Allah. "
